Operation Teacake: Rise of the WI was a short film produced by Broadside with the Academy of Creative Arts, that I shot a significant portion of in mind-2015.
Created to celebrate the Women's Institute and their centenary year, the film follows Bryn WI as they smash stereotypes about the group by riding motorbikes, playing rugby, raving and more. This was also a significant year to the Bryn group, as it was their 50th anniversary.
